What are karmic bonds? How are they recognized? What can online therapy do?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

A karmic bond, on a spiritual level, is fundamentally a connection, more or less strong, with another soul or with other souls. The connection that is created may or may not lead to a relationship. What one may feel is a sense of dependence or incompleteness. The karmic bond therefore becomes a pact between souls. Its influence is not always positive. The bond, as the word itself says, binds. It does not make one free. It wants to go against the laws of the Universe, which are \u201cconstant movement.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n

How karma influences<\/h2>\n

Karma is action. Movement of energies according to what we do affects and interacts with what surrounds us; even across generations. It was thought that at the beginning the being was perfect; and as such no stimulus for growth could any longer satisfy the basic laws of growth, transformation and evolution. Thus the soul split into many parts scattered throughout the universe and time. In order to allow others to evolve individually, and to find new lessons, new teachings, transmitting legacies or memories even from generation to generation, within the same family or between different families (called karmic families) with the purpose of never ceasing to evolve.<\/p>\n

Infinite lessons<\/h2>\n

In this way evolution is therefore continuous. As the holistic practitioner Yana Madonno also explains in \u201cKarmic Bonds: what they are and how to resolve them\u2019\u2019, those who believe in reincarnation believe that the soul, before descending to Earth, has already established soul pacts with other souls, with the aim of helping us in our personal growth.<\/p>\n

The lessons can be infinite, until the soul reaches its personal higher purpose, which may be to practice patience, unconditional love, independence, forgiveness, generosity, and much more. Until the lesson is understood, there will be many trials, often painful, that we will find in front of us in order to evolve in the right direction, that of the soul.<\/p>\n

We are seduced precisely by the souls who, with their behavior, direct us toward a change of perspective; which at times do not respond to our apparent needs but to our more intimate ones. For example, if our lesson is independence it is almost certain that, not having understood it yet, we will find ourselves wanting to create, on the contrary, bonds of dependence because we desire closeness and support that reflect our status quo. Once we reach a sufficient understanding of our soul\u2019s project, independent people could instead come into play, whom at first we will not understand and will not accept, as people who maintain their individuality and do not respond to that temptation toward dependence; by doing so they also help us to believe more in our own abilities, to learn new lessons, to adjust our aim and continue to evolve toward our ultimate end, which in the example is precisely independence.<\/p>\n

Go with the flow<\/h2>\n

Pain, at times, consists in wanting to hold on to old patterns that are no longer right for us, that entrap, that cloud and do not allow evolution. In life, instead, we must learn to go with the flow, with intuition. Pain also has another function, which is to set things in motion. If we feel bad, the body and mind invite us to do something in the right direction to heal and evolve. Only when the pain dissipates and we feel good about a certain situation or with a certain person does it mean that the karmic bond has been dissolved and the lesson learned.<\/p>\n

How is the karmic bond recognized?<\/h2>\n

The karmic bond is recognized by its cyclicity. The bond, by binding, leaves no room for movement and evolution. It holds back. The longer one stays in that bond without evolving, the more suffering and toxicity will enter your life. If, in fact, a relationship keeps you blocked, stuck, or returns to the same cyclical patterns, there is no life, and it is necessary to learn to let go in order to continue your evolution.<\/p>\n

The lesson to be learned is often not very clear. Here the Universe comes into play by proposing similar lessons and stalemates again, which are perpetuated over time, in order to make us reflect and arrive at real awareness of what we must do to move forward and get off the \u201ccarousel.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n

Let us always ask ourselves what a person really has to teach us, without remaining blind. We have the possibility of distinguishing ourselves from animals in that we are not endowed only with instinct but with free will. The ability to make choices, without remaining at the mercy of past memories or present needs.<\/p>\n

One or more people, one or more situations, over the course of life, will continue to attract us until the true lesson is understood and the knot untied. The more discomfort that bond creates, the more important the lesson to be learned will be.<\/p>\n

Freedom without renouncing<\/h2>\n

Understanding the true lesson, opening our eyes, and arriving at a new awareness about a certain relationship or circumstance does not necessarily have to mark the moment of saying goodbye to that person.<\/p>\n

Instead, it means being able to continue to live it in a true way. No more superstructures, deceptions, dependencies, closures, expectations, needs or lacks. When the veil lifts and the truth appears to us clear and limpid, then we will know whether that bond nourishes and then, in total truth, it will be a pleasure to walk side by side; or whether it has fulfilled its purpose, has given us a higher new awareness of things, and knowing that it cannot help us grow, we will thank it, we will not carry it with us, and we will let it go.<\/p>\n

What online therapy can do<\/h2>\n

The play of souls transcends time and space. In this life we may be the opposite of what we were, meet people we had already known in the past, or reclaim others\u2019 circumstances to be evolved. The fundamental question, every time someone crosses our life, whether a child, an adult, an elderly person, even an animal, or a particular event, should be only one: \u201cWhy did they enter my life?\u201d; \u201cWhat can they teach me?\u201d \u201cWhat is the lesson to learn so that I can evolve?\u201d<\/p>\n
